that was a lack of execution and not a time clock issue. If Mett hits a wide open receiver on that 3rd down play, game over, LSU wins. I thought it was a brilliant call going against our tendencies. 3 running plays would have just got stuffed and we would have given the ball back to them anyway, albeit with less time on the clock.
