I agree with LE here. It's the biggest concern I see with this team. We know Days can shoot, but we also know that Days is streaky.
So far, I haven't seen anyone else that can shoot consistently. Murray has a nice shot, but is a Freshman. Pinson as a shooter looks like he always has, very streaky.
I believe this is the one area that may hold this team back and it's also the reason losing Miller was so big.
That doesn't mean this team won't be good, as I believe they will be very good. Better shooting this team could be elite.

We lost a senior PG, a freshman all American 1st round pick, and a 1st team all SEC sophomore to the NBA. Kind of tough to say we are a better team right now.
The Bonnies returned their starting 5, and they are all seniors. Yeah they deserve to be ranked, and yeah we are probably still better than them, but we had a lot of questions to start this season. I'm sure we'll start climbing up the rankings soon, although it doesn't help that we don't have any marquee games until SEC play starts.

This is the defense we’ve been waiting for. We forced 27 turnovers, including 17 steals and something like 4 shot clock violations. “Smothering” is a good description of this teams defense.

You're accurate.
What we have to realize is that Wade will be dogged by everyone in rankings, preseason predictions, etc. He will have to earn it every year. He probably doesn't give a frick about this anyway, so its all good.

Well even the people who voted on it don't think that. They think there are 5 better.
