I have no idea how this game will turn out.

1. I could see a scenario where the off field distractions, being so recent, are inside of our players heads, that our lack of experience at receiever kills us, the Lee still has a propensity for making throws that he's got no business making, that the loss of Peterson/Nevis/KS prove irreplaceable (at least early in the season), and we get the crap kicked out of us.

2. I could see a scenario where the team has rallied around Lee, that the change of OC means our offense performs to the level of talent contained therein, that the next great LSU defensive players have stepped into roles vacated by those who left, that Mile's apparent ability to play well when given tons of time comes to fruition, and that our defense this year is much better than Auburns last year, and we completely shut this team down, and win 30 - 6.

3. I could see both teams playing their best game, and it coming down to a late game field goal to seal it for either team.

I think that's the reason why this game is 10x more intriguing. Big games this early are rare.
