There are a ton of RB's going pro this year that will get drafted, maybe he will stay put...but obviously doubtful.

There was 2 RBs taken in the first round last season.
1 RB in 2016
2 in 2015
0 in 2014
0 in 2013
Getting taken in the first round isnt a sure thing, and its still great to be taken in the 2nd as a RB. Coming back and winning awards (which are highly improbable) arent a guarantee to get you in the 1st round.
Anybody who thinks Guice is returning for ANY reason is delusional.

He is currently not a first round pick.
Everyone that is certain "he gone" is FOS. He is currently being evaluated and trying to get a feel for where he might go, and who he might go to. If he was sure, he would have already declared.
There are a lot of question marks with him. He could fall to the 3rd round, and that's a big money drop. He's probably gone, but a healthy year next year could have him going in the first round. Definitely something to think about.

I have seen 2 mock drafts that had him in the first round. Second RB picked behind Barkley.

According to TMZ he is going pro FWIW.
And Guice retweeted the story so...

What's he to gain from coming back?
Improve from being a top 10 pick to a top 5?
I hate to see him go, but he is ready for the next level.

May be waiting to see who the OC is and hope it's made public before he has to declare. Whether people agree with rankings by analysts or not, he'd be the 4th back taken in draft and that might be factoring into his decision. Oh by the way, don't agree with analysts, think he'll do well in the pros.

But he’s clearly also an attention whore
Lol people can downvote all they want but this is so true it hurts. Anybody with a frickin brain can see that he’s just waiting until the last second because he loves being in the spotlight. I love the guy though

Lol. He won't be a top 10 pick.

As an LSU fan, I want him to get drafted and make some money.
Doesn't compute...I'm selfish.

I hope he watched Leonard Fournette run into the backs of his shitty OL all day today.

Lol.
Or maybe he watched Leonard Fournette become a millionaire, have a great rookie season, live it up in Florida and advance to the divisional round of the playoffs. But you know....however you want to see it.

Guice has made it very clear that he is not coming back for his senior season. He comes from an impoverished background and he needs to provide for his family. Good for him but he is NOT coming back.

Guice would be stupid not to declare. If the coaches really care about Guice and his future, they will force him to declare for the NFL draft.
