15,000 idiots yelling "Suck That Tiger Dick" and "a-hole...a-hole". Swwwwwwwwwweeeeet. And our OWN band can't play our OWN songs in our OWN stadium!!
What is that supposed to DOOOOOOOO ??? What does it ACCOMPLISH ????
-Does it help the team win???
-Does it help maintain the traditional mystique of Tiger Stadium???
-Does it reflect positively upon Les Miles, the players, the University, the other 75,000 fans in the stadium, Louisianians in general.
None of the above.
All it does is enable selfish little brats to giggle and show off to each other and say "look what we did, look what we did, ha ha ha ha !!" Looky what we got away with and laugh and high five each other like it's supposed to be impressive.
But all it really succeeds in doing is making you like ignorant. And it makes the University you purport to root for look low class.

OK...the class argument has been brought up several times.
When I hear "class" I think of those snotty bastards tailgating up there in the Grove. They think they're soooooooo high class...
I know that's not what we're talking about here...but LSU's nickname "The Fighting Tigers" is named after the lowest class, meanest, drunkest soldiers in the confederacy...and so maybe the students follow suit a little...
It's not the end of the world.

Yeah "Rip Rip Rip" is alive and well. I thought it went back to at least the 70', didn't realize it was such a young cheer.

All the little entitled farts should get down on their hands and knees to thank the weakings in the LSU administration and athletic department. If I were the LSU President, Chancellor or Athletic Director, I would have moved all your arses up to the East and West East upper decks years ago. Up there in the stratosphere, yall could spew all the profane shite you want and it would just drift off and upward into the ethers. No way in hell I would change or stop the playing of any traditional LSU songs just because a few spoiled brats wanted to draw attention to themselvss. Moving the kiddies would also free up all those prime seats for adult LSU fans and alums to use.
