Yep, its AMAZING to me all the great white hope type posts. Its funny to me that one way racism is ok...OBJ and Landry both dropped several balls their SO seasons. Its almost like some were waiting for him to fail. One of the passes he dropped against bama was a terrible throw..The biggest reason he hasn't been great is he's a slot WR and our QB just isn't trusted to throw over the middle. I wish the kid would have been a little more selfish so he could have played bama in the title game this year, he will light it up at Baylor TCU or Clemson and have a good pro career. DV away, I don't care, I've read "great white hope " and "why won't YOULL let it go about Quinn" that's racist, plain and simple but when someone even wonders if Etling could have the chance to compete because he appears more accurate than Harris the backlash has been strong...I couldn't care less who plays what, I just want LSU to win. I'm just calling it how I see it

Wasted???? He got every chance to succeed. Unfortunately he could not overtake bigger, stronger athletes. He will play somewhere and be fine. This is big boy football. There is always people that Lise out due to better players.

Give me a break. Quinn & Dad see the handwriting on the wall. With the talent coming in & the current progress of those on the team, even a talented guy like Quinn will have a tough time getting serious playing time.

People are melting over the only White receiver on the team transferring and shitting on the coaching staff because of RECRUITING expectations saying they wish he would have gone else where instead of waste time here but no one MELTED AT ALL when all the 'receivers of color" transferred out.
the 'great white hope" thing is a reference to the people melting solely because the white kid didn't play enough.

Let's chalk this up to what it really is; the two years that Quinn spent in this offense it was a running offense with LF and it's hard to split up 15 passes between 5-7 guys. You don't have to be far down the depth chart to not get many touches.
