I hope they play too. Then half the world will shut the frick up and stop spreading UNCONFIRMED rumors and allegations.
What ever happened to innocent until proven guilty?
ETA:
My insider sources also have told me MILES TO MICHIGAN. Sorry I cant reference or cite my sources, just believe me.

If they do play, I hope they don't announce until Borne gives the starting lineup...

i know, i was just messing with mister bold caps lock. lsu administered the test. LSU, like other schools set their own drug testing guidelines. after 2 failed tests you must miss 15% of games.

How are people still not understanding this? It IS an illegal drug and has been for several months now.
If you have not noticed, there are a lot of people on here that are kind of unsmart.

The part that intrigues me is that he has yet to confirm the existence or duration of the suspensions. I have no doubt that they will not start the game and likey will not be dressed in the 1st half. But if it's too close, or we are losing, at the half I wouldn't be at all shocked to see them running out of the tunnel.
It is that which I'd enjoy seeing just to see people freak the frick out... as was the original topic of the thread.

For the record, synthetic marijuana is legal in 37 states... Louisiana is one of the states where it's illegal. LSU has a policy banning it, so I have no problem with said three being suspended. We don't need that junk going on at a championship program people. There is a place where that goes on... it's called Miami.

I will give up when something is CONFIRMED.
For now, all we have is postulation (assumptions without proof).
If all these so-called sources are credible, why haven't they come forward?
Isn't this still America?
Isn't everyone INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY?

Do you honestly not think Les would put rumors of failed drug tests to rest immediately? That's the kinda press that gives your program a black eye.

He tried when he was quoted to say 'left of center' when asked about drugs. But everyone just disregarded that.

LSU has a policy that tests for substances that aren't included on the NCAA's list. Synthetic weed is one of these substances. The protocol for how these things are handled is listed.
Because it's not a substance named by the NCAA, it's not under the NCAA's regulations; therefore, it's an LSU matter and is handled according to their policy. If it were a substance listed by the NCAA, it would be an NCAA issue as well as an LSU issue.
Boom?

Mary Wilfert, NCAA associate director of health and safety, said the NCAA in August added synthetic cannabinoids to its banned class of street drugs, which also includes marijuana, THC (tetrahydrocannabinol, the psychoactive substance found in marijuana) and heroin.

Negative. When has Les ever given anyone a straight answer?
He is king cryptic coachspeak.

Well yeah, but i think they WERE proven guilty, but CLM just doesn't wanna broadcast it to the world just because someone leaked it to the press.
