Regarding your sig quote... I rarely if ever bash the players...unlike the idiots who would rather worship the head coach and are quick to call out the players

I get the "win is a win" mentality - but if the horses are shut up in the stable they are just overhead. Put them on the track and let them do what you got them for - let them run! And then, who cares if a one point win is better than a 40 point win - everyone got to showcase why they are at LSU.

They went on the road against a top 25 team and came away with a win

in spite of a ridiculously one dimensional offense in the 2nd half that allowed MSU the opportunity to come back and have a chance to win the game. It didn't have to be that way. It didn't have to come down hoping they miss a field goal.

Yep. It's obvious they know they can do more on offense. But we will sneak in at 8 - 3 or 7 - 4. No way that this type of play calling with the lead will put us anywhere above Citrus. Heck, it's obvious they know on defense they can do more than allow 9 yards on a pass with a lead. It's all too familiar. And it's justified by a missed FG. Seriously unreal.

There is more to a game than play calling and player talent. We won.

feel sorry for the good people of this website because they have to see shite threads like this.

This site is nothing but a platform for people who hate Miles anymore. It's like they don't know Miles offensive strategy and all of the sudden he's turned into a spread, pass happy team.

There's never any respect/credit for the other team.

There's never consideration for what the team did well. Fournette ran like a Heisman, but all people care about is bitching about Miles.

The game wasn't the first game of the season with a young QB on the road in the SEC.

The only consideration is to appease their complaints and whining.

Move the frick on to next week you miserable mother frickers. Jesus christ.

The players are just fine with the win.

I doubt it. Most anyone with a competitive nature is not "fine" with this win. To say they are "fine" with this win implies they think they are basically equal in talent, execution, coaching, preparation, etc. with MSU.

I don't believe that, do you?

Are you insinuating that playing on the road in the SEC is no big deal

A big win yes and on the road, I love Les and he is a good coach.

Question to you do you agree LSU had all the energy on the field both on offense and Defense? How can we harness this into a dominating team will be the task of this coaching staff. I think Steele and coach O and Cory R showed us some great stuff last night. Now Cam Cameron needs to let the race car speed a little is all we need.

The complaints on Rant today are some what justified as LSU fans are tired of the lack of offensive production but this year we have all the tools in place and Les in the past has shown he can dial it up and I hope next week we get a speeding ticket and unleash the mighty Harris on Auburn.

The bottom line is, that if we can't pass on a passing down...we are screwed re the big games. Because they will stack the box and bring it, and force us to throw. Every time. Gotta throw to open it up.

I'm sorry, but this "if you know so much, why aren't you the coach" line is just so lame and mindless. Are you even thinking about what you're saying?

I actually enjoyed it a lot, but that's because I have become immune to Miles being Miles.

t's clear THEY know what kid of team they have and what they could accomplish. Unfortunately, they have a head coach who was emasculated on 1-9-12 and has never recovered.

But, hey, old Les sure gives a funny press conference doesn't he?

Also, he made a few questionable decisions on pass plays, throwing for short gains no where near the sticks

Like when Jeter made the reception...on *gasp* third down and Miss State blitzing? All these other schools find qbs that arent even as recruited as high as Harris that can throw the ball but our coaching staff won't let Harris throw?
