I'm wondering the age of the OP.
There are now a considerable portion of our adult fan base that grew up in an world where there is an "instant gratification" expectation. Perhaps the exposure to computer games has allowed a slice of our people-group the opportunity to achieve instant satisfaction by playing said games for hours until they do "win" (get to the next level).
If they can do that on their own computer, then why can't they coaches and players achieve that every week on the field?

A&M is far from HORRIBLE, they have won 5 SEC games and will likely beat Auburn next game ,and have a great shot at beating Texas at Kyle Field and making the SEC Champ game.
USC has had the lead in all 5 losses this year in the 4th quarter and choked it away. They are far from Horrible though. You want horrible? Miss State, AU, OU. How did OM lose to KY? How did Tenn lose to Arkansas? How did Alabama lose to Vandy at home? How did Texas get slaughtered at home by Ga, when Ga got completely dominated by a KY team that or 1-6 in the SEC...and got lucky to win.
There are no great teams in the SEC this year.

Georgia still has to play at ole Miss and vs. Tennessee. I don’t see them winning both of those games. Especially with Carson Beck at QB

Clemson and ATM almost losing simultaneously was amazing. I literally woke up hours before my alarm I was happy. OP, you’ve got an interesting perspective.

A couple of things come to mind- First off, we are not as good as a lot of people think we are. Secondly, the same goes for a lot of other teams, even Top 10 teams as well.

It amazes me how ignorant LSU fans are about building a program.BK
has only been here for 2 and aq half seasons.He inherited a program that
was broken both in talent and culture.Mabee 50 scholarship players that
Ed O had allowed to rule the roost for 2 years after his personal problem.
BK comes in and wins 20 fricking games with that cluster ,but he can`t
coach.He started recruiting behind the 8 ball his first class ,lot of decommits
alot like when Saban and Miles took over and had their lowest ranked
classes.BK has HAD 2 SOLID RECRUITING CLASSES and yet the fans
expect us to compete against prrograms like A@M with 5 very good classes
and expect us to whip a Bama team who`s `got as many 5 stars as almost
any team in the country.Yea I know we have the talent edge,NOTTT.!!!
It will be a miracle when LSU fans get some common sense and understand what it takes to get to the next level and stay there consistantly.
