I cannot wait to see who votes against this or who blocks it.

This is what I voted for.

President Trump is immediately demanding Congress pass legislation to hold state and local officials PERSONALLY LIABLE for fraud if they knew and did nothing to stop it…
…on top of mandatory PRISON SENTENCES for fraudsters, NO probation, for anyone stealing from Medicaid, Medicare and Social Security
Plus, DOUBLING the sentence upon second conviction ??
"Under our proposal, probation is no longer an option for the fraudsters."
Should’ve already been the case! ????
"If you steal from the American people, you will go to prison and for a long period of time. And the more you steal, the longer you'll stay in that prison."
And state and local politicians who know about fraud, can stop it, and do nothing "can be personally liable for the full loss of the American taxpayers' money."
"So from now on, fraudsters, we're watching you."

Seeing as this administration has made very few arrests despite the shocking amount of fraud that has been uncovered in the past two years, color me skeptical they’ll get to the people who “knew” about it

If you have to double the sentence for a second offense, your first sentence wasn’t harsh enough.

Not enough prison space at the moment

If only the administration could charge, arrest, convict, and punish people at the same time?! That argument is so goofy, all the Trump administration can do is recommend charges. They can’t prevent Judicial activism or prosecutors who refuse to enforce charges

If there isn't prison space, those with the longest terms get the death penalty.

They don’t have to have individual cells.
Stack em, pack em and rack em.

Trump has pardoned like 70 people who were convicted fraud totaling around 1 billion dollars.

I’m sure this RINO congress will get right on that.

Lil Mikey J will bloviate for an hour how that couldn't be done, and Thune will just roll his eyes and walk back in to the closet.

The first state officials I'd like them to go after are those who did nothing about election fraud. We have nothing if we don't have fair and accurate elections.

Trump trying to get voters back on the GOP train when none of them have prosecuted anyone of value

I am willing to bet that if this went to the floor every single Democrat who said "No one is above the law" will not vote for this.
