How wet will the field be?

Heavy rain Friday and Friday night. Rain again Saturday morning ending around Noon.

If it’s not raining an hour or later before the game is being played, then LSU has no excuse for the field not to be mostly dry.

I don't think it will be too bad. It's not like we've been inundated with rain - it may actually soften the surface up perfectly without causing much slippage.

They will have several cleat options ready for the elements.

Has not one single person on this board ever seen the Tiger Stadium field after it rains?

As long as it doesn't rain during the game, or rain hard right before, you will never even know it rained.

This is one of the best grass playing surfaces in the world. It’s not a HS field. It’ll be fine.

LSU's ground crew is phenomenal. The field will be just as wet as O asks them to make it.

You do realize LSU is one of the few stadiums that can dry out the field in a couple hours
