Unless you give him a roster full of hall of famers he is useless. Also his offense is unnecessarily complicated college players aren’t picking up all that verbiage

Gruden not the answer. He has fire and gets excited but he hasn’t done it in college ranks. This is a nothingburger. Brady,drinkowitz might not be the answer but more realistic with some college experience. shite let baker do it we know his next stop will most probably be a HC job. With the lsu draw and money 9-3 doesn’t seem that difficult nowadays

I like Gruden an all, but in his 15 seasons as a head coach, 6 of them were above .500. You can't take away the fact he won a SB, but that team had a lot of Tony Dungy's fingerprints on it.
He has very little experience coaching college.. Why would anyone take a risk hiring him?
