I think Oregon held their own on the lines. They weren't creative enough when they were in the red zone, which is shocking considering how complex their offense is.

Will LSU "manhandle" Oregon? Only time...will tell.

Are you going to Knoxville next year? I can't wait to go. I hear there isn't a bad seat in Neyland Stadium.

Finally got to read the link, that is awesome.

Yes, I'll be there. It's an important game for me. Tenn fans should be pretty pissed off so it will be an interesting trip. Besides, after Nashville this year, I'm pretty pumped about Knoxville as I had never been to either places.

That link is awesome! I told you like 3 or 4 years ago about that and it's soo true!

I hope the rest of TigerNation feels this way! I know I do. If we don't bring at least 8,000 to a 108,000 seat stadium, that will say a lot about how we travel.

I was in Kosovo in 2001, and a funeral in 2006, so I have never been to Neyland Stadium. Does anyone know what part of the stadium the "away" fans are seated?

I'm guessing >65% LSU

yeah I'm thinking about 75% LSU.

Given how many just traveled for the BCS Championship game, I predict Oregon will sell their 15k (or so) allotment and not much else. Meanwhile, LSU fans have 8 months to scrounge together a ride to Dallas for the beginning of a season of very high expectations. They will show up...in a big way

I'm flying in for it

A&M fans were trash. They loved calling us trash, but were absolutely some horrible fans. They only yelled during their "songs" then pouted the rest of the time. I'd say 60-40 Ags in attendance

Still with the 60-40 Ags, huh? I think a lot of the overcompensating may be to include fans that didn't where either purple or yellow to the game. A lot of LSU fans were guilty of this at the Cotton Bowl.

That brings up yet another problem with traveling LSU fans...a lot of them don't wear either purple or yellow (yes, it's yellow) to the game. I've seen some LSU fans wearing green. Green? I'm not saying that we are the only fans guilty of this, but LSU fans seem to be more guilty than others. Also, don't wear white, that doesn't help in the color distribution/fan estimate either.

It would also be nice if we at TigerNation decided on either purple or yellow for each road game. We would stand out better if we all wore one color, like all Tennesse fans wear orange, or all Alabama fans wear red. We could wear purple if we played Iowa, or yellow if we ever play N'Western. Against WV? Oh well, there isn't a solution to everything.

LSU Fans really didn't get a chance. When LSU was given invitation our 12K tickets were sold out instantly. Only scalped nosebleeds for $300 per and lowers for $600+.

These were the most expensive scalped tickets a non BCS bowl I have ever seen. Much more difficult than most Sugar Bowls.

Yeah, I agree that the allotment for both schools should have been greater than 12k.

Also, the stadium should have been opened to its full capacity of 105,000. I'm not saying it would have been sold out, but I think the attendance would have reached 95,000, giving fans a better opportunity to attend the game.

I wonder if Jerry will open up the stadium to full capacity for the LSU-UO game?
