No, you are just a moron who spreads false information and confuses other people around here.

You are wrong again. It has been widely reported how you can view the games, and watching it on the YouTube app is one of the ways. Explain to me how I'm watching the UCLA game in Houston right now?
I have no idea how, because I have no such option on my Roku.
But some of you have it. Great, I stand (partially) corrected. If you can see it, great. But there is still no reason to get a Roku, or the Youtube App, just to watch these games. There are free live streams available, on regular Youtube,as well as other places, and you can run your laptop through your TV. I would only recommend Roku to those who want it for the entire service it provides. Don't waste money on a device just for a couple of games.

You don’t have the regular YouTube app (not YouTube TV) available on your streaming device?

I don’t see that the Astro’s have a channel. Someone link it

You are truly a disgusting human being. I don't know anyone on this site who is as vile as you, and that's saying a lot. I know what I'm doing, and my Roku DOES NOT have this. If it did, it would work.
All I'm trying to do is keep people from spending money they don't have to spend. I'm not out to confuse anyone. My idea saves you from buying a Roku for no reason, regardless of whether the Youtube app is free or not. I would consider that being helpful.
All you are providing is your miserable attitude.

Regular youtube, not the app. The youtube website that you go to on your COMPUTER. You run an HDMI cable from your computer to your tv.
Or don't you know the difference? Hypocrite.

I do not. I don't know why.

You very clearly do not.

That's kind of what spreading the wrong information does.

I never said you have to go out and buy a Roku.

Well the YouTube app is regular YouTube. So there is that.

I’ve never heard of any streaming device that doesn’t have that.

Yeah, it comes stock on every Roku, fire stick I own as well as on the TV. And if not, it would take less than 30 seconds to add on.

The OP did. He was who I was responding to.

I searched YouTube for "Astros channel" and it was the first hit. UCLA vs Baylor. Regular old YouTube, not YouTubeTV. (I'm using a FireTV, not ROKU, FWIW.)

Why are you calling that an App? It's a website.

Because on Roku, fire sticks, PlayStations, smart TVs it shows up under the apps. Why is this so complicated?

You should probably cut your losses and bow out of this thread.

When I bought my first ROKU back in 2011 YouTube wasn't available but you could get some limited content through JustinTV. But even with an older ROKU YouTube should be available now under the app search.

MLB on YouTube TV is working for me at the moment, and shows the LSU game as “Upcoming.” I have the basic plan, and had no idea it included MLB.
