HOW TO WATCH ON ESPN3 IF BLACKED OUT

This a post from another LSU board and it looks like it will work.
This will work if your ISP normally lets you access ESPN3.
1a) Go to ESPN3 and turn on remote access. It is an icon on the top right of the main ESPN3 screen right next to the blue "watch now" button.
1) Download Hotspot Shield - it is free, just do a search. I downloaded to my download file I have so I can delete it later if needed. Hotspot Shield is a safety mechanism that masks your ISP address from predators while surfing the web by giving you a different address.
2) Activate hotspot shield, edit: just click the icon on you desktop to open a browser window. You have to let it connect. I lost power and when I went back in and opened a window and went to ESPN3 it was blacked out again. I did the IP search and I was back in Houston. I clicked the icon and let it connect and I am now in California watching the game again.
3) Go to ESPN3 and click the link to the game.
4) It will not recognize your ISP because you have a new one that is not in partnership with ESPN3. A box will pop up. Select your provider and choose to log-in to said provider.
5) Once you log in using your ISP login information it will take you right back to ESPN3 where you can click the link and watch the live feed. I am watching the UCI - KSU game right now.

lol...there are only five posts above mine, and there are three different ways in this thread for Tiger fans that are either blacked out or without CST to watch the game.

I activated the shield and it said connected, but I can't get to the part where you have to choose your ip provider.

the remote access should have opened that up. did you open it, close it, then turn hotspot back on and then reload the ESPN page?

after you click on your provider a link in small letters should pop up below that box

All I got was a red box that said it was activated and said while I am away to log in to my espn account. That was it.
