Who cares TBH LSU will always have tradition and prestige. I just hate seeing LSU fans get their panties in a wad when someone says UL.

Wow.

ULL is getting into addition with 2's nowadays? I don't know if a school like LSU can teach material at that advanced of a level.

Seriously, ULL can be fine for all sorts of undergraduate study. But if you want to get noticed by doing significant research and/or getting published as either an undergrad or graduate student, LSU is generally a much better school. (As are a lot of the bigger name schools.)

Maybe yall should start saying the U of L and not UL..either way noone other than ULL pple recognize such a school exists in LA. You won a midweek game great job...stop measuring yourself by the standard of just beating us every once in a while. Go accomplish something and go to Omaha and get your rep up thats how u become an LSU and pretty son b4 you know it other in state schools will get on your site and talk shite about one victory that essentially doesn't matter...believe me it happens and it's very annoying

i've studied journalism and as long as we all know who UL or ULL is referring to, it's okay.

Dude get a life. No one really said ULL is better thatn LSU. It is LSU people that started all the threads about the game not ULL fans. ULL will never be on the same level as LSU in athletics and for anyone to believe it will is insane. ULL fans enjoy what they have as a baseball team so good for them. No they dont go to the CWS often but they can compete with alot of teams most years and make regionals often. They are by no means terrible. And yes LSU may be ranked higher academically but I have never heard of someone not getting a job because they graduated from ULL. To say that all people who live in Lafayette are jealous of LSU people is stupid. Do ULL fans wish they had the stadium and football program LSU does? Of course they do. So does 95% of the other colleges in the country. But to hate a fanbase so much b/c they want the name Louisiana on their uniform is crazy. If LSU fans want it so bad why don't all the fans push for it to be placed across the LSU uniform. LSU has just as much right to do so.
