8. I'm just really excited to see how our new offense looks. I don't have any high expectations for this year with 10-2 at the best but I'm just ready to see a new style of offense ran by LSU

As it's not even summer yet, I try to not let my excitement and optimism boil over too early despite the fact that this upcoming season is far and away the most anticipated ive had in some time. I say I'm at a 1....knowing it's more like a 15....but the lie to myself keeps me from getting far too obsessed and depressed with it all at once.

College baseball is ridiculously slow. Way too much crap going on between pitches. They should take a lesson from the girls.

10 year old waiting for Santa excited. We finally have a competent OC who plans on using the entire arsenal.

I get more excited because of all the new faces. Someone will emerge on D. Key will wreck shite and d Williams will be running wild like charles Scott. Throw in some Guice and Chark. JDM is back. Both lines should be sufficient. Lots of positives

watching NBA east chase for positions 1 thru 3.

watching Pels drive for the 8 spot. I love AD.

W's are vulnerable without KD. My sisters are really into the W's and we talk about the game in real time from our respective dwellings.

soon I will pay more attention to Los Gigantes of SF.

My best friend is a lifer Raiders season ticket holder, actually knows Davis.
I am wondering how he feels about the commute. He can afford the plane tickets and a hotel, but I wonder if he just buys a SF season ticket this year and goes to one or two Raiders games a la carte.

Golf is happening. Masters.

I have a wife and family. one daughter is coming to see us next weekend. I am driving to see the ex and the other daughter the weekend after.

pumped? Nah. busy.

I will be more into it in August, when we have a feel for whether Etling holds his job. I saw that Canada says there is an actual competition for QB.
So I am more than a little interested, but PUMPED? Nah.

That argument makes sense if two sports are in season at once. But come on. The point is that football isn't in season or even close to it, which is a perfectly rational explanation for the OP.

Come on ell you're just being difficult as usual. I'm as big of a baseball fan as you are and I'm still pretty damn excited for football. You can be excited about football while enjoying baseball to its fullest. I do it every year

7.5, was at a 10 before last year expecting a national title run and nearly puked after the opener. Not putting myself through that again.

We were all let down last season as we thought that was our year to make a serious run at a title. Les Miles or the AD not firing him proved to be the let down as he was back to his lack of change in offense.

However, I am really pumped for 3 reasons:

Orgeron has a plan and did make the changes needed
Aranda proved his value and Def will only get better (Look what we did to Louisville!)
Canada will change the offense for the better

How can we not be pumped, I don't care if its baseball season, football is #1 around here.

I am at a 8 now and will be a 10 from the spring game onward towards kickoff. Changes were made, how can you not be excited!!!
