They should get Orgeron to donate.

LSU could never win another football game as far as I am concerned now that they are expecting fans to donate. That completely changes how people feel about this topic.

This is strictly entertainment now just like professional sports.

I guess I’m confused what you expect LSU to do when other fanbases are doing the exact same thing. We can start a collective or get left behind.

You don’t have to donate, and nobody is forcing you to. But half the posters on here spent the past couple weeks melting about how we can’t compete in the modern landscape of college football.

Yet those same fans are now complaining because LSU is adapting and trying to raise money.

It’s almost like some of you are going to complain no matter what.

sure this is some cute gotcha but NIL can’t come directly from Kelly or LSU. Just keep complaining on here or accept where college football is. I can donate 10 / month if it potentially increases my enjoyment of a sport I spend entirely too much mental energy on.

Bingo. If you care enough to post enough on this site then quit complaining about giving $10 lol

Yes. College football coaches are well known for strictly following NCAA recruiting rules and not seeking the smallest advantages. I’m glad Kelly has the integrity to follow the letter of the “law” and only take money from LSU and beg fans to buy him the roster he needs to justify taking that money.

Read my post jackass, he does donate to TAF. I shouldn’t have to explain this but it seems for you I might. Kelly donating upwards of 1.5 million dollars to TAF is what is allowing TAF to push some donors to the Bayou collective.

I highly doubt that coaches of the school can donate, I'm sure that would be considered conflict of interest

The number of fans that believe the HC should pay players themselves is well........ UNBELIEVABLE.
