LSU reportedly beat Baylor in a preseason scrimmage. LSU can beat anyone if they just have a decent night shooting.

Yeah it's out and known at this point. LSU beat Baylor by 6. Not sure how well we shot that game but it was insinuated by WW himself that our defensive pressure affected Baylor significantly.

Typically the narrative one would see around this time would be "seen Baylor play - we don't have the players to compete with them."

Well......

None. You tried watching LSU but could only last a couple minutes due to the boredom. It’s not LSU, it’s the sport.

Touche'...to each his own. I have the same thoughts trying to watch regular season LSU baseball, though I want them to win each time they play. Watch what you like...I love watching this hoops team.

You obviously haven’t watched any basketball. Arkansas is middle of the pack this year at best

Agreed. Arkansas does not belong in the top group right now. There is talent there and Muss is a good coach; so they’ll likely come around at some point; but they aren’t playing great right now.

If I had to place teams right now, I’d do it in tiers:

Tier 1 - the most complete teams
Bama and Auburn, unfortunately, right now. LSU out largely because half court offense is struggling. However, I’ll say that Auburn is not a stellar shooting team either at this moment.

Tier 2 - Good teams, great on one side, but struggling on another.
LSU, UK, and TN
These 3 are all good on D, with LSU and TN being elite at the moment. But all 3 have struggles on offense, especially shooting the ball. UK’s offense right now is largely built on offensive rebounding. Shut that down and you shut them down.

Tier 3 - Talent and coaching, but inconsistent.
Ark, Miss. St., UF in this category. Have had bright moments, but far too inconsistent and not really great at any one thing.

Tier 4 - rest of the pack
A&M (still good defensively, but horrible offense), Ole Miss, Vandy, Mizzou, UGA, SC

None. Because outside of rooting for my team, regular season games so not matter individually. It’s all about March.

And this is what some people want for college football.
