If I had his money I would do it in a second- call a press conference, make a huge deal out of the donation, and actually help some people who need help and send a HUGE MESSAGE

He could have made a state heaping so much praise on them that everyone on the planet would have realized he's ripping them, but the SEC won't be able to fine him because he never said anything bad about them.
