If you take Bennett away from those elite players around him at UGA he’s probably worse than Daniels

Bo Nix 100% had a better year than Jayden. That's just a fact

Texas - Quinn Ewers

Really? He has a lower completion rate, lower yards per attempt, and twice the interceptions of JD without the running ability.

Just let it go, man, your boy Nuss will have his chance to win the starting job in the offseason.

If you combine JD's passing yards and rushing yards then he had more offensive production than Bo Mix. JD had 4 fewer interceptions and accounted for more touchdowns
I’m guessing you haven’t made it past 2nd grade math. Please go do all that math again and report back to the class.

JD went 16/42 on passes 20 plus yards downfield this year. Stetson is a much better QB and it isn’t even close

That's odd, as per cfbstats JD completed 17 over 25yds and 65 over 15yds.
Let Bennet start for '22 LSU and I think you'd have been very displeased.

What are you talking about? Nix threw for 600 more yards than JD

That’s not the question. OP posed a question about JD5.

Bo Nix had more total yards, more total touchdowns, and a better completion percentage.

20 plus yard downfield passing is the only statistic that matters in measuring QBs?? You’re a moron seriously as dumb as it gets

Did we have the option to take any of those guys?

Hard to compare those two situations. Jayden has started for 4 years, so teams would know what they are getting. Nuss has zero career starts and is still an unknown

So you’re saying that no one would want JD on their team because they already know what kind of QB he is? You’re proving my point

Bo Nix had one bad game all year in the first game of the season against a top 10 defense. Jayden had multiple very bad games against very bad defenses. Bo Nix had a better year than Jayden, it's ok to admit that.

Daniels doesn't start over

Bennett
Duggan
Stroud
Bryce
Hooker
Caleb Williams
Drake Maye
Michael Penix Jr.

Those might be the top 8 QBs in the country

Daniels is a similar level player to these guys...maybe a bit worse, but similar. All are talented but are somewhat inconsistent or have flaws like Daniels:

Cam Rising
Bo Nix
Dorian Thompson-Robinson
Sam Hartman
Jordan Travis

Daniels is better than:

JJ McCarthy
Sean Clifford
Quinn Ewers

No idea how to rank Grayson McCall because his level of competition is so shitty.

I wasn't arguing with you, I'm actually not sure which side you are on. I was just stating it's two different situations. I don't think many teams would guarantee Nuss a starting QB position simply because he doesn't have much experience.

Hey genius why don’t you take a look at our 2023 schedule and tell me how many teams have a better QB than us. It’s 2 MAX with those two being Arkansas and FSU. Everyone else’s QB1 is either bad or completely unproven. Be thankful

You guys love to throw that out there.. it’s the SEC on the road. Georgia beat Mizzou by 4 on the road.
