Echoing what others have said, the guy is here to be a recruiter. It's easy enough to hire a special team's analyst, and there's not a ton of in game adjustments on ST

Kelly was never getting rid of Polian. Kelly loves the guy. I was more hoping he would move to a different assistant role and let Kelly hire another special teams coach but unfortunately I do not think that is going to happen.

He seems to be a decent recruiter. I would find a way to keep him but remove ST from him. We were abysmal.
