I have always liked his quirkiness and talking in tongue. But we are all witness to the inability to really "coach". i am actually amazed we have won this much

Sorry, the guy is a buffoon. Been here since 2005 and still has no clock management skills. Yet we keep getting played by him to give him more raises and rais that payoff clause. I guess he isn't really the buffoon at all.

He is truly like your really stupid but funny and loveable uncle. He's family and you really do care about the guy. But he can't hold a job, can't help but frick up every time you really need him to do something important, shows up drunk and unprepared at the worst fricking times. That really is Les.
