They're never prepared for game 1 and have to develop through the first few games. It's become a pattern. It has to be something with BK's coaching or practice style. He needs to bring in consultants. Maybe someone who has been part of Saban or Smart's programs.

After observing Kelly for a while now I'm certain that he is the following type of CEO, because I've worked for this type. He developed a "process" a long time ago that he loves to talk about. He expects his assistants to run it almost entirely independently of him. He's the, "Here's what I want you to do. I'll be in my office if you need me" type. He shows up for his weekly pressers and his Finebaum interviews, he talks a good game, but he's not out there rolling up his sleeves and getting his hands dirty in recruiting, practice or game planning. If he was, you would see a lot more attention to detail. Then he loses his mind and can't understand when mistakes are made because he was never really paying attention to what was going on out on the factory floor to begin with.

How is our special teams so bad? ST needs to be addressed.
Greg McMahon is in his Tulane Office still waiting for a call from BK.

One Call, That's All. (Like Morris Bart)

Just get him back in here and be done with it already!

We have too many players that just have no discipline on the field and likely in their lives. Y’all know all the examples

Would love to hear from anyone that has visibility to how involved Kelly's involvement in the day to day coaching. How hands-on is he?

Are these coaches coaching for the first time? Heck no, they have been around coaching most of their adult life. One is the highest paid coach in his position in college football.
There is no excuse for the lack of preparation on our defense, our ST and our OL.
We have to stop making excuse for this pitiful display.
LSU is one 'ref not looking' away from being 1-2, if a ref failed to see Nuss getting blocked from the blind side.
We can't keep playing like this and expect a good season. Our coaches need to step up their game, if they have one. I'm unconvinced at this point.
