I think as far as eye test goes
1. Alabama

2. UGA
3. Ohio St

4. Clemson
5. Oklahoma

LSU and the rest
But we will get our chance

The Tigers have a stretch with Georgia, Miss State, and then Alabama. They are not coming out of that unscathed.

I don't think any SEC Team is going 12 & 0 this season. 11 & 1 will be one hell of a feat if LSU pulls it off.

We haven't seen a completely healthy LSU team yet.

It seems we are going to get asked this question all season long no matter what.

But if you must have a answer I'll let this guy do it...

They are an about average team with a great defense and special teams.... sorry a ton of work needs to be done to improve this offense...( but it can happen.) I myself would not have them any higher than 6 even though a lot of people would..... let’s get through the next three games and see where we stand then.... IMO there is zero reason they should lose any of the next three.....

Short stint with the baseball team in the 90s and the tuition I gave them should allow me to use "we". Right?

Unlike years in our recent past, I don’t think we know what this team can or can’t do. I think this team is improving each week and still have a long way before they peak.
By the time we get to November, I’d say we have a chance to win both of those games given we’re at home.

They’re exactly 350% better than I expected.

LSU is pretty solid. They have a good defense, good special teams (kicker, and a bit of a running game. If they can get their pass completion rate up to 50% or better they will be hell to deal with.

Good enough to win the first three games, but not good enough to keep winning. Same as every other 3-0 team. Got to keep getting better.

We do not yet know. I would wager losses to UGA and the Gumps.

RIght now the offense is not good enough to make the playoffs.

I expect them to grow quite a bit as the season progresses. If the offense becomes very efficient, they could become a playoff caliber team.

If you have a defense like we have and a quarterback that can complete passes then you belong in the top 10. People seem to forget the dudes we have on defense. It could be the best defense in the country. If Burrow can move the ball there's no reason why we shouldn't be contending for the playoff.

today we are not good enough to beat Georgia or Alabama. but we could be by the time the games roll around.

if joe can get up to 60 per cent completion rate, look out!

right now we look like 10-2.
