I agree they have the potential to do so, but the post I replied to using that year as an example said these would be the best ever.

Doucet was better as a freshman than every receiver we had last year outside of Chark. Now granted, I realize the offense and QB play had a lot to do with that as well.

Basically, we are talking all about potential on offense becasue there's no experience and that's a lot of moving pieces that have to come together. It just makes me apprehensive to say they are automatically all going to come together because there are a few new coaches.

Dream on. The fix is in. The more things change, the more they remain the same.

This is the least I've ever been excited about LSU Football, and I've been following since 1988.

0.5 is my level. I'm actually dreading it because I think were going to be really bad.

I wish I could separate myself that easily from LSU football. My life would be much better if I could

Not because I think we will be great. More curious to see how all the new faces on offense develop. This could be anywhere from a mediocre team to a conference championship team.

It's the unknowns that make it exciting for me

2. It’s not even sad anymore how pitiful the program is. I’ve grown numb to the nonchalant manner the powers that be run things. Winning isn’t important to them & I’ll be John Brown if I give up more time & money for a substandard product on the field. When people start trying to convince others how good that Troy team was last year, that tells you how comfortable with the moved goalposts they are. “Competing for championships. The best & the brightest.” Minus Dave Aranda & Corey Raymond, go show me another example of that on this staff.

1. I haven’t been this disinterested in a long, long time. First time since 2002, I will not be traveling for an away game.

Get to basketball season already.

Same as it’s always been. Ratchets up as the season goes with how the teams doing. Vaginal fans opinions, media expectations or coach speak will ever change that. A few beers, pot of gumbo or jambalaya, some friends and Tiger football. What’s not to like? Unless you’re a whiney, meal mouthed beotch

he said "best depth ever on both sides of the ball".

I'm not buying that.

You’ve never lost a game you shouldn’t have before? If you ever played sports. Is that what made you a bich?

I've played sports on my life, but never got paid $3M to win games that I was supposed to win.

When you take that position, you take the criticism when you fail. Calling people names like a 4th grade school girl doesn't change that.
