Just one question. Was my title an accurate account of the Miss Stare game?

but better QBs may not be as affected by it.

Who are the better QBs though?

Bryce young is the best Qb in the schedule and he absolutely is affected by pressure.

Hooker is maybe better.

But Rogers is one of the better QBs in the conference. Definitely the second best in the west amongst opponents.

You could have just as easily posted:

How dominant was LSU’s offense? To the tune of a 31-3 LSU run of the score!

It was a good run but both the offense and defense made contributions.

I appreciate your endless glee and joy when LSU has success, but your posts also have a tinge of TigerRee in them.

Well I appreciate the insult. LSU has already loss one game to special teams failures and will lose multiple more if not corrected soon. Does that make you feel any better? LOL

Yea, I still see a lot of opportunity for growth, Improvement AND mistakes that will cost us some very close games. I've breathed a sigh of relief with this game though. I went in thinking 8-4/9-3 and competitive for West. Saw FSU and . But now, I see a path to an 7-5/8-4 and competitive football that might lead us to 6-6 if we're not jelling 100%. Should be an exciting year to be sure.

They shut down State’s running game which was really good coming into the game

They were averaging 106ypg on the ground coming into the game.

Do you people even look before posting?

And I will talk myself into thinking Bama is a close game the Tigers can win by the time that game comes.

This is an annual occurrence for me. Justified or not. Lol.

With a defense this dominant

I don’t mean to rain on the parade. I certainly liked what I saw from the defense, and see the Tigers BECOMING dominant on defense. But just remember MSU shot themselves in the foot SEVERAL times in the second half. Mainly with open receivers dropping passes that would have probably moved the chains if caught.
LSU certainly has the coaches to match the talent FINALLY. It is fun to watch Matt House work with these talented and hungry players.

They did have some drops but only 1 of those was really on target. The pressure on those 3rd and 4th downs forced inaccurate throws and threw off the QBs timing.

I have to agree with you! Pressure on the States QB was a factor. You we heard all week prior to this game how State was really good on offense and defense. Yet, LSU’s offense and defense dominated State’s in the 4th quarter, what does that tell you?
