He played in the "first" 12th win of the regular season in Tiger Stadium ever. That would be good enough for me.

Our two-headed monster has been extremely effective this year, Lee the first half, JJ the back half. I'm sure he accepts that.

Oh my GOD.

Just when I thought it was ok to celebrate without any drama - the queens show up to ruin the party.

Lee had a great and redemptive senior year. But, JJ is clearly the better athlete and QB and can take the SEC pounding bravely. Let it be man. Les has made the right call, whether you like it or not.

You saw right through me! Man, you the bomb...True, I have never jumped aboard the Les Miles' bandwagon but I cannot argue with the success he has managed to bring to LSU. He is a fine coach obviously, but I still think he is a little man of character. He praised JL week after week for his performance while JJ's arse was in legal limbo, and after 2 interceptions thrown by the starting qb in the Alabama game, a new starter has emerged. My, how quick to put the old mule down! Yeah, JJ is playing good ball, but Miles said he was gonna run a 2-qb system and I realize he's not a mathematical genius but what he showed yesterday is not a 2-qb system. How 'bout if Lee was your son? You think you'd still feel so warm and fuzzy about Les?

As a wise man once told me:

"The only way you're ever going to agree with all the decisions being made, is if you're the one making all the decision."

So, all the Micro-managing, mentally capable, moral compass, Lee Lovers, and JJ haters....need to accept one simple fact...

"YOU'RE NOT THE COACH"! These are subjective "coaching" decision. There's no absolute right or wrong answer.

But CLM gets to make these decision and is responsible for the outcome of them.

So far the outcome is a 12-0 PERFECT Season.

Yet "some"...supposedly those with more "mental capacity" than the rest of us still want to bitch!
UNBELIEVABLE!!!

So let me ask you this, lad. What are you gonna do about it?

Of course, other than log on a message board and spew crap while self proclaiming yourself morally and intelligently superior to anybody that disagrees. We know that about you already.

Went as well as the other seniors that are 12-0 and headed for the SECC Game and the BCSNC Game. Dumb fricking thread.

Whether it's right or not, should Miles try to placate this racist element of the fan base?

By the way, 2-quarterback 'system' infers you actually 'play' 2 quarterbacks throughout the game. Les does not have a 2-quarterback 'system'. Hope Lee stays positive, we may need him in one of the last two BIG games.

And I am sure he would respond as he always has, by doing his best. Even after his coach has crapped on him umpteen times. We have no way of knowing how he would have done against the Hogs, but one has to think he could throw the pitch toss to Hilliard and Ware and hit wide open receivers just like he did against every team he faced not wearing a crimson letter.

Inexcusable that Les can't seem to get him into a blowout game until kneeldown time (see also Ole Miss and the Cotton Bowl). I'll promise you this, if JL had played a first quarter like we saw yesterday, he would have been benched faster than a jet flyover.

You must be really short, 'cause my point went right over your head. No one claiming superior intelligence, only some degree of morality. Now you get back to your message board contributions-obviously you have a lot to say about nothing.

Good God the Lee champions are some miserable fricking people. Never in my life have I seen a backup QB be this big of a story for this good of a team. In 5 years y'all are going to be bitching about LSU not building a statue of the guy, or telling everyone he was snubbed for the Heisman this year. Just like a good fishing tale, Lee's legends will only grow over time.

Thank you. And then to add to it, this guy is typing one thing over and over again and confusing himself. That's about par for the course with somebody from Lutcher though.

One of my best friends called me after the game and said he can barely watch LSU anymore they way they treated Lee this year. What the hell is going on with our fanbase? lol, we are 12-0. It is quite obvious bringing Krags in not only dramatically improved Lee but Jefferson as well. JJ has been here the last 4 years too. No one wants to see Lee get screwed over, problem is Jefferson gives us the best chance to win. Period. That is the guy you have to go with. It is unfortunate that Lee was so crucial for most of this season only to watch now, but it could have been worse for him. He easily could have sat on the bench all year and had a few hand offs in mop up duty instead of better a critical player on a national championship team.

His team won the SEC west and he is a member of the best team in the country. If I had to guess, he had a great day. But honestly, I don't care. I hope all the seniors had a great day.

Ive noticed something the last 2-3 weeks with some of you.
There is a group here that doesnt like for other people to even bring up the lack of playing time JL has gotten past couple weeks.
You people dont even want it talked about.

I'd be lying if I said Ive lost respect for LM, but I have lost respect for the way he has handled this qb situation.
Maybe there is more to the story to than we all know.
I hope so.

Still good bit of football left to play.
He may still get another shot to help us win a game.
