Yeah, Jefferson to TE and lee as the back up qb to first year player mettenberger.

I can totally see les benching two senior qb's for a first year juco player

The same way it does every season...someone will rise from the group as the leader and the rest will fill in nicely

did you hear of cam newton before this year?...just sayin...

only reason i did was because i saw him play at Blynn...hell i knew Auburn was gonna be good with him (obviously not as good as they turned out to be)

For the talent that LSU recruits, his talent is almost marginal. I think if he were to leave, we wouldnt miss a beat and our running game could possibly be more explosive

If he leaves who is going to be your whipping boy next year? This year you chose the offensive MVP and first team all-SEC running back.

Ill give you credit though, you have been dead on regarding your predictions about Stevan all year!

c'mon man if you cant see that Ford and Ware are studs you need a new prescription for your glasses...sure ridley is a good player but he had the best season he is going to have here...its better for him to get the best payday he can, he'll never be higher then a 3rd round pick...period...he's a power back, with decent speed, decent moves...he just runs hard...that tears up the body...let the man get paid...

probably murphy in 3rd down situations (pass protection/reciever out of the backfield)

This needs to be Ware's role. He did a GREAT job catching the ball out of the backfield this year. If he can pick up the blitzes he is the guy for this. He seems to have great hands and could also carry on draws.

Trust me I want him to go. He will be a good NFL back. No one has Stevans best interest at heart more than me.

The topic was actually directed at LE who loves to beat up on Ridley. He's done it all year and even after the guy carries this offense, is first team SEC, and offensive MVP he continues. I just want to know who Earl's new whipping boy will be if Stevan leaves.

yes, i have....i see more potential in those two then ridely...

agree potential is a dangerous word, but so is asking a senior with bad knees to carry the load, again....

Who are you going to blow?

Do you google Ridley's name every time you sign on to the site?

shite, give it a rest.

we understand; you know the kid and guessed that he would be good. Then he ran over a few shitty D's to inflate his numbers, now you want everyone to eat crow. Good deal, you are awesome!!!!

I think we should just do away with all the current rbs and start one of the talented freshman coming in. They clearly have more upside than the rest!

Just like every other team in the country, only 1 or 2 of those names listed will get any significant carries in a season. Right now, I'd say the two that will get significant carries will be Ridley and Ford. The rest will have to fight over the scraps, just like any other teams backups would.

But to sit back and say miles is going to bench Jefferson as a senior qb is just grasping for straws.

me and my friend discussed this yesterday. if some of those close wins this year turn into L's and its because of jj playing les is going to find himself jobless
