Is it too much to ask that PM be a good enough Mgr that he can overcome a not so quality batting coach.... If weekend games continue to draw crowds like we've been seeing , esp yesterday then PM is done. It's the $$ boys not the tourney
For everyone that keeps blaming Javi solely for our hitting, y'all are retarded. Hitters have so much muscle memory built up by the time they get to LSU that you are not going to make major changes to their swing. You also can't teach hand eye coordination. You have it or you don't. It all goes back to recruiting.
FYI, I don't think the sky is falling. It's one game. One good pitcher can shut a team down no matter what the name on the jersey

Javi will get blamed for every loss this year where we don't score at least 6 runs...thats just how its going to be.

Don't forget, App St has been to Omaha in the past...they know how to win big games..as they proved yesterday...LSU will be ok...don't panic..

I know this is a disappointing loss for LSU but the pitcher that got the win is legit.
The problem is in the SEC, there's a ton of legit pitchers. If we couldn't hit this guy, then maybe the problem from last season still exists. If so, we're in trouble come SEC time.

I am not much on baseball but if pitcher is really on one day and your hitters have an off day isn't that a recipe for a loss in baseball. I thought stuff like that happens in baseball from time to time?

To visit the zoo? When has Appalachian State played in Omaha?

I bet were going to be on the short end of a lot of games like the Saturday Florida game in SEC play this season.

You people dont realize just like LSU, other schools are toying with weekend rotations. Ill bet the Saturday and Sunday starter start starting Friday/Saturday.

Just picking one team....Miami in 1999 lost to Florida International 2 of 3 games and won the championship. Guaranteed we can find this in every single CWS champion.

No.. LSU's rotation is set.
