If we don't exceed this win total, there will be another earthquake in BR

I don’t think we have a national title roster but 10 wins to me seems very doable. Remember the expectations we had with Miles, feels a little crazy now.

if Kelly is still the coach, I’ll take the under.

That 8.5 is because Brian Kelly is Brian Kelly and tends to do Brian Kelly things. Talent-wise(at least on paper) LSU has what it takes to go all the way

LSU is never going to fire BK as long as he doesn’t have a losing record for 2 seasons in a row.

They never came to Tiger Stadium

What does this matter? Are you expecting another Covid outbreak?

Nope but there’s always the risk. What if there’s conference realignment again or something similar. Why not play in Baton Rouge first? Bad negotiating

Is he supposed to predict how good each team will be when scheduling games that will be happening in 5-10 years? Another question, Do you think the people scheduling games for Alabama, Texas, Ohio State, Michigan, Clemson, Georgia, etc also suck at their jobs?

It’s his literal job. Yes, he should pick easier matchups or have the games at LSU first. He’s not good at his job.

If you consider a global pandemic breaking out “Texas burning LSU” idk what to tell you. If LSU would have rescheduled that game for a later year you would be bitching about it saying LSU should have just cancelled it.

I guess I don’t get worked up about dumb hypothetical shite like that. You have no idea what stipulations are in that contract so I’m not sure how you know if it’s bad negotiating or not.

I’ll ask again, do you think the guys scheduling games for Bama, Ohio State, Georgia, Clemson, Notre Dame, etc are all bad at their jobs?

Well I do contract negotiations for a living. LSU is a bigger brand than Clemson. We should have demanded they play in Baton Rouge first or we walk from the agreement. Guess what? They wouldn’t have

Not sure your point here. Are these teams 0-4 in their last OOC games?

So do I. So do a lot of people. You aren’t special.

Why is it such a big deal to you?

All of those teams also schedule big OOC games to open the season as well.

No? Is LSU? Sounds like your problem might be LSU not being good enough to win season openers.
