how do you feel about JJ?

flame away but I dont feel great bout him leading the O in this game. We were fortunate on 11-5 that the D played lights out. But were gonna need offense this go round. He looked decent enough against ark and ole miss but the minute he faced a D with a pulse, he was lost. 5 completions for 30 yards out of a senior QB is down right pathetic. For all we heard about how much he improved, I saw the guy from 2010 last night. His passes were all over the place. We were able to overcome his ineptness yesterday but if he wants to win a title he has to step up his game on the 9th. LSU doesnt need a flashy QB to win but hes got to be able to move the sticks. The first half yesterday was one of the most pathetic offensive showings Ive seen in any football. 6 possesions 6 punts 0 first downs and 12 total yards in 30 minutes is inexcusable regardless of the final outcome. LSU is more than capable of winning this one but IMO if Jefferson looks totally lost like did yesterday, we lose. /rant.

outside of 1 play last year against Bama he wasnt good. I know all it took was 1 play but as always with JJ the offense was non existent for a half.

He was 10-13 141 yards, a td and converted a 2 pt conversion. I mean, how many points did you expect us to put up on Bama?

It seems we caught Bama by surprise with the outside game on Nov 5th. One thing the midget will do is prepare for that this time. I believe we will have to do something else for success.

Les is a great bowl game coach and will have him ready. He will play a good game.

I think I would feel much better with a QB that got us to 8-0 almost mistake free, and stuck with that guy through a bad half before just abandoning him for good...JJ is just too damn streaky for me to have confidence in him, he's a redshirt senior and still looks way too confused at times. Then again I'm not a coach so what the hell do I know
