How do we feel about the "Megatron" nickname for Arik Gilbert?

I like just calling him Arik Gilbert. I hate forced nicknames. I also hate JB9, JJ2, HB7, TM7, LF7, etc nicknames. This should have only been used for PP7 because GoldenEye.

I can recall a few times when guys came in with nicknames as freshmen and underwhelmed solely because they had the hype train.

Well you might as well get used to it. That is just social media msg bd shorthand. I am not typing out “Joe Burrow” every time I want to mention him or any other significant player or coach.
