Gigantic athletic physical dudes are everywhere in Louisiana,
LSU OL Occam's Razor.

And most of them have no pass blocking experience coming out of HS.

And most of them don't have "Quick Information Processing" Skills.

And most of them have no business at LSU or any other SEC school.

And that's why the LSU OL is so bad; due to poor evaluation and scraping the bottom of the barrel recruiting.

And.......GTFO of Louisiana for OL's. (Campbell/Bordelon are rare commodities)

And the coaching has been bad. The last time the OL www good was when Joe Brady took over in 2019 around the 5th game
This is where the difference is in what we have now running our offense vs what we had then. Brady didn’t just call plays. He developed and coached the entire offense. Including WRs, OL, RB, QB. Not sure Peetz can do that at a high level other than the QB.

Gigantic athletic physical dudes are everywhere in Louisiana, we generally have a ton of talent on the O-line
This isn't true at all. It's probably our region's biggest weakness.

LSU hasn’t won recruiting fights for the “elite” OL. Maybe some of the schemes doesn’t fit the abilities of these guys and different play calling may help them out some.

Then you add in the attrition: - Ray Parker (1 year with team) - Saahdiq Charles (early entrant) - Seth Stewart (did not enroll)

I keep waiting for someone to mention Cole Smith. He was supposed to be our center for the future, but transferred almost immediately to Miss State.
Almost forgot about Dare. I’m sure there was others I can’t remember.
Also, Joseph Evans was moved to the offensive line and was doing well until a few DL got hurt and they moved him back to the defense
