Excuse me. Still not gonna be playing on Saturday.
This would be notable, except for the fact that he hasn't played a single snap all season. LB production hasn't suffered for it.

Or did you just read the final score and immediately write this week off?
I watched the 4th quarter, when your defense couldn't stop the WAC's finest. The only thing that prevented OT was a terrible throw. It sure as HELL wasn't A&M's D.

Welcome to the LSU vs aTm rivalry. These guys are delusional at best ... it's ingrained in them.

Aero, relax. Next week half of these guys telling you how shitty you are will be bragging to Bama fans that we beat y'all. That is, assuming we win, which any reasonable person, not infected with fandom, would think is likely...but certainly not definite.

Yeah, you're right. Johnny manziel is better than cam newton and Tim tebow
He'll also amass 350 total yards against Lsu
140 yards over lsu's average for the season against teams.
Give me a break man, look at who this kid has played.

Johnny boy gonna have to be fast, very fast if he plans on keeping his head attached securely to his shoulders. The best QB ever still has to have time to setup find open receiver and deliver the ball, this tiger defense won't allow it. We will cover their WR and when they aren't open quickly, Johnny will get a taste of top shelf SEC defense.
Wait and see. We got to sustain an offense that keeps the chains moving so that our defense is not on the field forever. That should be attainable cause TAM defense is suspect. I look forward to a win but 11am still sucks.

How bout the Unicorns?
On topic, I think he looked decent against the Gators. I personally don't worry about a mobile QB against our D. The "towson scrambler" was lucky. He won't outrun our D.

It was during the Florida game that many people first took notice of his potential. He was able to make a few big plays against the Florida defense but was limited by the lack of talent around him. I think that we basically just need to do a decent job of containing and maintain solid coverage in the secondary. I thought we did a very good job of containing Shaw last and not so good of a job containing Driskel. I think the defense learned a lot about these types of QBs the past couple of weeks and will be more than ready for Manziel.

This became the core of the thread , mainly because, the aggie introduced the comparison to Cam and then tried to
1. Claim Manziel was equal or better
2. Back peddle and said that comparison was not his idea
3. Pulling out stats (irrelevant ones of course) to prove #1 again.
Manziel has shown that he has skills and lots of potential, the point the a&m posters (except maybe one) don't acknowledge is that he is not going to play with the flair of a junior or senior QB against a tenacious D.

Has the boastful and obnoxious AeroAd2012 returned to the scene of the crime?
