Inevitably, some will try to make this a partisan issue. It really isn't. As indicated above the big damage was done by Jindal and his appointees still control the BOS .
But truth is: Dems and Repubs have both treated the BOS as a political plum. however, Jindal's admin. has done more damage than anyone in the last 50 years, including Roemer.
