Elite pitching from here on out. Even more so than weve already faced. All first round picks if we win tmr going foreward.

Thompson flat out had a bad game all around. He didn’t contribute hardly anything but a pulse out there in that win.

Not sure but he came at this game with a different approach, I was really happy to see the adjustment. We can manufacture runs..

We’re facing top notch pitching. This isn’t going to be a slugfest like it was was in regionals and SRs. Certain guys need to do better (Thompson) but overall our hitting hasn’t been that bad imo, considering the circumstances.

Don’t have the wind howling in and taking away 3 HRs the last two games.

Thompson could just as easily hit 3 for 4 tomorrow night. That's just how baseball works.

Hitting wise, Woke Forrest beat us by a hair. This series isn’t over. It’ll be a dog fight but I haven’t seen anything special from their lineup so far

I will take the wind and be happy with it. It doesn't affect Morgan one bit, and Crews and White can hit line drives with anyone.

What the wind DOES do, is boost up our bullpen. They can pitch to contact against guys with 20+ HRs, and get deep fly outs instead of 2 or 3 run homers.

You might notice, nobody's really setting the CWS on fire offensively. Wake has a couple 3-2 wins. We just got a shutout against Tennessee, pitching Ack and Cooper.
