Name one HC that would sacrifice a season for the next season. Etling gave us a better chance to win now and how would sacrificing a season for the future be fair to the seniors?

LSU Women's Gymnastics is currently ranked #1, so let's get crunk, let's suck some Tiger Dick and pull for the home team.

There will be plenty of time to worry about football starting in August.

Love these

“Hey let’s just be happy we can watch football” threads.

We have a few months of no football, and some some shitty coaching hires

That's something a great coach like Nick Saban would never do. I mean if you switched the QB names from Etling to Hurts and Brennan to Tua-- oops. Never mind.

Saban has never pitched himself as letting his coaches coach

Honestly I would Rather a HC I feel confident in meddling with all aspects of the teams

We don’t have that.

I understand your point. However, no school cares about your confidence level, nor mine.

Coach didn’t have a choice on QB , Brennan was too fragile , both Bama QB’s out weight him by 30 pounds , he would’ve broke like a twig , then his confidence would have been shattered, best to get bulked up and be ready for next season

I've seen plenty of positive post about LSU basketball on this page.

Feel free to hide your head in the ground and not watch as Corch O dismantles LSU football with the death of 1000 cuts

Which is why I’m posting non a message board and not picketing.

I know Joe Alleva doesn’t care what I think,

I am Not saying I’ll make a difference. I am Just saying O isn’t the type of coach who can stick his fingers in things and have a good outcome.

Beat Miami

I would love to see it! That would git the season off to a rip-snortin' start!

Beat either Bama or Georgia

Wouldn't bet the farm on that happening. Not impossible, but would happen only if one of those teams has an off game.

probably lose to Arkansas or Moo St

LSU isn't likely to lose to Arkansas. That was the provenance of the Miles era. I'm glad those days are behind us.

Who is Moo St.? My schedule doesn't include that game. Is that the alma mater of "Michael" Obama?

Well surely there was a reason the crowds became trash?

Time will tell. Whether you gnash your teeth or not, the process won't go any faster.

Time has told

People act like O is some unknown. He did the same shite at Ole Miss and was terrible.

We went 9-4 in the weekday SEC is year because we went .500 in OOC play. The team looked bad often.

We saw was Ensminger and o had to offer vs Bama in 2016.

Why do we expect any difference?

If Ensminger and O do what they say and Lsu finally utilize the WR talent that we have then the crowds will come. I wasn’t happy with the hire but I kinda jumped the gun a bit. It’s important to have a cohesive staff that’s all on the same page. We have that now I believe. Also I forgot that steve didn’t run his offense so I am curious what he does. He can coach qbs and he likes to sling the rock so I choose to be more positive and see what he brings to the table I hope Sullivan and E implement a lot of the Sean Payton concepts. Screens utilizing CEH like a sproles etc. I think Sullivan will be a good Wr coach and can help a lot with game planning. I worry about his ability to recruit but time will tell
