His Heisman trophy will be determined during the Bama game. If he goes off, he'll win it. If his Oline gets destroyed by Bama again, his chances of winning will be gone

Forget about the damn Heisman trophy we need to win. And he can still do it if he's dominant

Just keep in mind Henry won it in November. Now that will be a tall order to do for Fournette. Can he, sure he can. I just have a bad feeling in my gut that he will be nicked all year for some reason. I hope and pray I am wrong.

I wish there's a line in Vegas on this because I'd put my house on it!

One thing working in his favor is that there really haven't been any other "breakout" players that have been setting the world on fire, at least not that I've noticed. Heck, Chubb got shut down by Nicholls, for Christ's sake. Clemson's QB Boyd hasn't been impressive either. If LF7 has some huge games, and then has a big game vs Bama and LSU wins, his name will go right back to the top.

Does not matter. He is looking at millions versus a popularity contest trophy.

If he blows up and gets 250 against Saban it won't matter what he did against Jacksonville State

People say it's over are absolute retards. Did y'all learn nothing from last year? What happens in Sept means nothing

If he can get 500+ yards against Bama, Ole miss, Arky in November with 3 wins, he will be in NYC with a chance to win

He was never going to win the Heisman because:
1. His offensive team is not good
2. The play calling does nothing to showcase any skill he possesses
3. He attends LSU and the national media hates us

Get your down voting thumb ready.

I know I'm supposed to fall at his feet and praise him as a football god but I'm just not feeling it. He seems like a decent person with good character so he is a good representative of my favorite football team. As a football player he is good and has lived up to his recruiting hype but not enough highlights in the games that really mattered. The problem is that his teams have been no better than any other team in recent history so he's just not a Heisman winner.

Seems our old buddy CLM has undermined LF7's LSU career. How the hell do you field a great stable of backs but totally forget to recruit and develop some linemen who can execute a blocking scheme? And why not actually create and teach a decent blocking scheme?

Missing a game vs JSU did not hurt at all.

Besides the Heisman was lost the minute we retained Les after last year.
