We know he's not the best of our backs, but he's got power and all we need is 4 yds each play. We need to eat the clock, eat the clock , and eat the clock. Best defense against Kiffin is to slow the game down and shorten the game.

If we can guarantee 4 yards each play we would definitely do great I think

I’m a fan of Curry. He’s a solid back that has earned the opportunity to be the featured back. I’d bring in Emery for a change of pace if he’s questionable. See if he can go, if not then move down to the next guy to spell Curry.

Curry may not juke someone out of their shoes but he’ll inflict punishment for attempting to tackle him straight on.

That would be 25 wasted plays.

They’ve given him the opportunity to be the featured back. It hasn’t turned out well.

I agree. That's not the offense and certainly not the signal you want to send going into next season unless you believe The only QBs you'll need over the next 6-7 years are already on your roster (and that's impossible). QBs look for opportunities to put up numbers. Run...run...run... is going back to the Les Miles style which is unattractive to top QBs.

He goes down if someone breathes on him. Rarely falls forward and doesn’t seem aware of where the sticks are in short yardage situations.

To be fair, he ran hard against an OU defense that was getting picked apart through the air.

He just hasn’t replicated that performance at all this season.

Even if that's the smart thing to do tRant will crucify the OC if that's the gameplan.

TDP is out I believe. Emery will probably play, and he's got big play ability. Honestly I don't think we need the big plays on offense "this" game. We need 3-4 yds and a cloud of dust that just salt the clock. Long sustained drives if possible 4-7 minutes drives that deny Ole Miss the ball.

Every other back would have doubled his production

He needs to be a fullback somewhere that uses a FB. Wouldn’t be shocked it he transfers

Losing is unattractive to ALL players. The object is to win the game, and, if running the ball to keep a really good offense from having more opportunities against our depleted defense is the best way to win the game, then you run the damn ball.

There have been nine other games to demonstrate what LSU intends to do offensively.

Bradford is cool as long as we have long sustained drives. I'd never thought I'd say this but we need to be
Les "Milesish" by just eating tons of clock as long as we finish in the redzone. Just smother Ole Miss by denying them extra possessions.
