the entire team is terrible at defense. even mickey who swats shite all day plays pretty bad d. he doesn't close on 3 pointer shooters and he isn't physical enough because guys box him out for driving lanes all the time

This team needs to hit the weight room, no joke. TQ and Mickey are sticks, but even the bulk of this team plays weak.

The lack of strength on both the basketball and football games is puzzling. LSU really should bring back Andy Deichert as a strength consultant.

I really don't think we have a s&c program. look at our players no one is ripped and we don't play with any fire, we look tired and defeated all the damn time.
Other teams players are fricking shredded and when they man up tight on us and get physical we do nothing. Other teams man back up and act like they have seen pressure, we start playing on our heals and leaning back like a high school team

I have said it before but football needs Moffit to move on to the nfl or retire and then we go pluck cochran from bama. He acts like a fricking clown but so did Moffit when we were pumping out beast in 05-07.

Agree. Tim is too lacksadaisical (a word, really!). Andre has more fire and more focus and more effort.
Hope Tim isn't in much of 2nd half.
Also JOB had a root canal yesterday afternoon, those things hurt!

the entire team is lackadaisical. Its a virus with this team, and that part really is what irks me about this year. I can handle failure if it appears we are giving max effort.

I think they play hard. The little things add up with this team though. They've struggled with quite a few things at different times this season. Haven't put it together yet.
