Martin is so good when he can use his height, jumping ability and athleticism close to the basket. He is also one of the worst defenders and passers on the team.

That's one issue I have with him.
Of course, I know he does give a frick. But man, react sometimes. Do something different. Change up the offense/defense if shite isn't working. Call a TO if we need to calm the opposing momentum.
He just is there.

last year he actually looked into the games and he was masterful in getting that team to the level he got them. This year its like with talent he has sat back and rolled out the ball
