The margin of error on a thrown ball is MUCH smaller with a 5'-5" receiver than with a 6'-3" tall WR with a vertical jump of 48"?

I suspect we will see a trick play involving TH, more Dickson, and possibly something involving Toliver. It's been rumored all week.

Did we start that rumor? I don't want to leak out our weapons on the street.

If not, why?

He doesn't have the receiving skills for deep routes. That's why you'll mostly see him catching short passes and coming around the end. He's a rb by nature. Just a small one.

I love the idea...however, once they realize he's not on a reverse or an end around, they could jam him at the line and he'll probably have a tought time getting through.

Hell no!!! have him in motion from the outside receiver position like he is gonna get the handoff and as soon as he starts in motion, hike it and he will be in the slot area and he just turns upfield and runs like hell. That will get the cornerbacks and safety really worried, along with a drop back linebacker. This shite could free up a wide out cutting across the middle or Dickson running free up the middle.

He must have inside information. JaMarkus McFarland is a lock to LSU, but not at DT. He's gonna be playing QB. I'm sure he has a cannon arm.

The major problem I see with Holliday running a fly pattern is this: Let’s say the ball is on the Tiger 15 and you want to hit him about 45 yards downfield. Once the ball is snapped, and Hatch (or Lee, and probably even JR) has time to set his feet, Holiday will be past the back line of Auburn’s end zone.

ugh, it is JAMARCUS. Been an LSU fan long? longer than the ones who used to spell Matt Maucks name Matt Maulk? LMAO.

Sorry if I flunked out of LSU and can't spell just like 99% of the rest of the rantards on this board.

6'3" 280 and still growing; going to be an absolute monster at QB

Well, frick, lets just put him in for Beckwith and let him blitz every down.

...not that we have a qb who can throw an accurate pass longer than say, 7 yards

A fly route every now and then would a good idea, if anything to keep the defense in check.
Plus if Lee overthrew him he'd catch up to it.

Didn't we discuss this at length when JR and Xavier Carter were here. (And it was a better idea at that time because Carter was bigger and stronger and JR could actually throw it that far. Trindon is too short and Lee/Hatch can't throw as far.)
