Shows a complete distrust of the people you have hired. As a medical lab consultant, sometimes it is necessary because of federal regs, but if its not for fed regs, then it means you have a lab full of people that should not be working in a lab. Proven true over the years. DEI and less strict personnel requrements have destroyed med lab quality.

Hiring a consulting firm to find a football coach means they didn’t do their jobs. The new coach should be selected before the old one is fired.
