For claiming ignorance under oath about 5 for 5.

You may not get a conviction. But you’d at least be forcing him to admit that he’s too incompetent to do his job effectively.

Yes, because turning the judicial system into a weapon to be used against political foes seems like a great idea,

Perjury is really hard to prove when someone says "they don't know" or "they don't remember.

Better to roast Greggy in the Court of Public Opinion.
