WHy is everyone so bitter about Hickey anyway? Outside of steals, he doesn't bring much. I like the kid, but he is super short, cannot get in the lane, doesn't shoot well...decent on ball defender though.

Kid can go... I've seen practices where they scrimmage hard (no out of bounds is always fun) ... he's a tough guard for anyone.
I don't think he can play the 1 though... maybe a tiny pinch but not a 1.

Hammink wasn't good so we're good there, I loved Morgan but he unfortunately had his injury so he wouldn't have done much. Hickey did some really great things and he was a pretty good leader, but we can replace him. I think Tim Quarterman will have a good sophomore season. I wish these three the best of luck, but we will be alright.

I do not think he is a 1 either. I think he will be a boss on the wing though.
Plus everytime I see him he is with hot chicks. That's a good sign. Confidence is key in a good shooter.

Which is what many feared would be an issue with Johnny Jones as head coach. He is a very good recruiter, but simply hasn't proven he can handle and coach up talent.

Whenever there's only one site/reporter who gives a damn about providing Basketball info. I think those who pay for it should abide by the request of the author (who specifically requested this wasn't posted outside of the premium board) and of course the TD rule of not posting premium info.

This ...he must get bigger and stronger, wasn't he a junior eligible and a year younger ?? His confidence grew late in the year and his length can't be taught. If we kept him for three more yrs at the expense oh hickeys senior yr I'm ok with that swap.
