This is from the On3 article announcing the SEC's latest move.

quote:

Defendants waged a deliberate and coordinated campaign to recruit professional athletes to play football for LSU during the 2026-27 season, including players who had signed NFL contracts with the Cleveland Browns, New Orleans Saints and Tampa Bay Buccaneers,” the SEC said in its complaint, filed Thursday.

What if Sankey produces evidence in the form of "professional" players who are willing to testify that LSU contacted them about playing for us this year. These conversations could have happened weeks before the news surfaced about Harris and Wright. May not even be Harris and Wright, as I would think they wouldn't want to testify against their former coach who wanted to give them an opportunity. The article mentions players who signed contracts with three NFL teams.

Then we put them on the stand where they talk about OM recruiting them first.

Additionally its not a violation for an old coach to talk to an old player.

First, you’re forgetting Missouri, Texas and South Carolina that actually rostered players.

Second, that would then open up other teams that recruited players, which Harris mentioned and would testify too.

What was Alabama's punishment for recruiting Bediako?

What will be SC and Ole MIss's punishment for recruiting the same players?
