Mike Ford
came to play today and play he did. Less than one inch from making this game a 27-17 contest and just maybe not as close a finish that we witnessed. Here's to a strong combo of Ridley and Mike Ford!!!

It always seems like he gets plays called back nearly everytime!!! Am I the only one that feels that way???

This but that was bullshite. They didn't have enough evidence to overturn the call IMO

can you imagine next 4 years what our offensive line will look like

I was in the stadium the the replay they showed us suxed! Doug Moreau said it looked like he stayed in bounds. How close a call was it.

no i have seen him the past couple games not pick up the blitz or just blocking like shite. He did much better today.
future looks great!!

Hey does anyone else think it has actually helped us that Miles sat him the first half of the season. Man he looked very strong and fast tonight.

JJ and Ford ran the option the best I've seen the option ran here in the last 3 years. Ford has a gear that compliments Ridley nicely.

This! From all the different views they showed there was definently not enough evidence to overturn the call. O well, we won!!

I'm sorry, guys... he was only out by a sliver... but he was CLEARLY out of bounds. It was the right call.
I really wish it wasn't the right call. Hell of a run.

Ford had a great game, but yeah, his foot was barely out of bounds. Sucks. Because that was an explosive run.

I'm glad the refs made the right call on that. I wouldn't want to win with that hanging in the air as an excuse for Ole Piss.

I thought we saw his promise today, the promise that we'd been waiting for if he were given a real opportunity. What changed that he got into the game as much today as he did?
He doesn't seem to have the leg turnover that Ridley has but he's tough to bring down once he gets going and he breaks a lot of tackles. Looking forward to seeing more of that against Arkansas.

RB Depth Char, 2011 Louisiana State University Tigers:
1. Stevan Ridley
2. Michael Ford
3. Spencer Ware
4. Jeremy Hill/Kenny Hilliard
5. Alfred Blue?
That is scary (and yes I know obvious). Quite a lot of talent @ that position, and not even listing Shep. taking snaps @ RB. We have recruited very well at that position.

You forgot to list Richard Murphy at the top of the depth list if he is granted a sixth year of eligibility
