For those who don't like the heckling, go sit in the gold seats. There's usually a few hundred of them empty each game. Or better yet, listen to it on the radio...but I'm sure that's too much because you can still hear Chris Guillot who I'm certain doesn't adhere to your guidelines of being respectful and kind.

and how about they don't buy their tickets next to coons corner and the student section.

I do sit in the Golds, and glad I do. I ventured down to the RFL area because my daughter wanted to play on the slides. I walked up and sat down behind those hilarious hecklers, and was sorry I did.

I didn't hear this one, but either way I don't think many 10 year olds got it. For adults to get bent out of shape about it shows how pathetic and insecure they are.

Just ignore it...or as we've discussed earlier. Don't sit there. Its not some new found thing that the far bleachers in RF are more "inappropriate" than the Gold Seats...

I saw a couple in their 40s sitting way over in right field (101) blow up on this student who was heckling the Illinois right fielder

There's no accounting for new money!

Seriously, if a young kid or toddler gets that joke, you've got alot more to worry about than them hearing it at a baseball game.

So do we agree that in the RFB you can consistently hear some pretty classless stuff?

I wouldn't say consistent. As I said yesterday, Friday night is the only time when you really hear stuff that is not appropriate, and it's always frowned upon...

Good. I would much rather sit with fellow students and those who enjoy the game. Sounds like your the kind who makes 1/3 of the games all year and thinks that just because you pay more money that you have a entitled to have a more enjoyable time than the rest of us.

One is with creative nuances that said heckler derives from research. The other is just to annoy the hell out of him. Both are quite effective.

The morons heckled the starting pitchers from Illinois in the bullpen before the games. Two of those pitchers came out and shoved the ball up our batters arses this weekend.

Outstanding !

And the starting RF on Friday struck out all 3 times at the plate.
