Hebert also said that when he was a QB at NSU, he felt his teams could have beaten LSU's teams had they played.

Yes, he really said this during a recruiting gathering that had other former LSU players laughing their asses off at him.

I could go on and on about Hebert's stupidity, but I won't.

Actually in 81LSU beat Oregon state, Kentucky and rice all of which were awful..... So that's not entirely off the wall

On the Houston radio station That the yelling and screaming rumors have been blown waaaayyy out of proportion but there was some heated discussion. Talked about the year where both QB's performed when they were asked to. He did bring up the game and just said that was just confused like all tiger fans and he wished our coach could have done something different. Talked about ZM not getting in the game. Talked about RS declaring. But mainly Saints talk. But you could tell that he was bothered when talking about LSU. Very uneasy and uncomfortable.

Sounds like that little meeting yesterday afternoon where LSU threatened to cut WWL off & ice them out if they didn't put a muzzle on Hebert worked out just fine.

It's a shame it had to come to that. Worse yet, its a shame that LSU didn't make that call after the 1st time he went on National Radio.

Exactly. And he should have as well.

Seriously, the dude is a joke and isn't LSU's friend at all. He's getting far more attention than he deserves.

1) WWL management had a meeting with him yesterday to tell him to chill the frick out.

2) It's rumored that his kid started the shite. He better start back-pedaling if he wants him to get a shot at the NFL. Teams will move far away from a rouge locker room guy.

Both false

Everyone on here yesterday speculating Hebert being fired while I'm at my desk listening to him on the radio.WWl's rating were sky high while people listened for BH to talk about theBCS game.

Tuesday BH said on Fox sports anyone can win 8-9 games at LSU. But Les Miles record as a winner is proven and can't be questioned. The Ranters quickly came on this board and said BH said anybody can win 10 games at LSU.He then brought up the 2 first down in the first half on the Georgia game and BCS game and said that was the reason Tiger fans assumed we would see Lee in the game at some point.Bobby said he is not a journalist and he states his opinion and thats what he does. I have spoken with BH weeks before the first Bama game and he was concerned about the last of pushing the ball down field via the pass.
Some of you calling him a dumb coonass should drive to the Houma area and start calling people dumb coonass.
We'll probably see parts of you on that Swamp People show, a little at a time.

Bobby H is only upset because his baby boy didn't get more playing time.

That is all.

I don't get it, what did he say that wasn't true and how does that hurt LSU. He's complaining about Miles decisions especially in the second half. Miles made mistakes that he should own up too. This in no way effect LSU, LSU football is bigger than Miles making coaches mistakes. I believe if Miles would own up to these mistakes it would make him and LSU more appealing. Hiding behind the green door only makes him and LSU look bad not Bobby Hebert.
